If you find significant differences between the main information of the purchased vehicle (including but not limited to model, year, mileage, accident records, configuration, exterior color, etc.) and the description in the purchase contract, and such differences have a substantial impact on your purchase decision, you have the right to apply for a refund within 10 days after receiving the vehicle (calculated from the date of delivery to your designated location). Please note that slight color differences or configuration changes (such as interior color, small accessories, etc.) are usually not considered as descriptive discrepancies.
 
2.2  Vehicle or product quality issues

If the vehicle experiences significant quality issues under normal use and maintenance conditions, such as engine failure, transmission damage, severe rusting or damage to the body, electrical system failure, etc., and these issues were not explicitly informed or concealed at the time of purchase, you have the right to apply for a refund within 10 days of discovering the issue (calculated from the date you discovered the quality issue). If the vehicle is identified by a professional organization as having significant quality issues that affect normal use, you can also apply for a refund.
 
2.3  Vehicle transaction not completed
 
If the transaction cannot be successfully completed due to our own reasons (such as the vehicle being purchased by someone else in advance, the vehicle being seized, incorrect vehicle information, inability to provide legal procedures, etc.), we will unconditionally refund all the payments you have made and bear the reasonable expenses incurred (such as inspection fees, transportation fees, etc.).

2.4  Other reasonable reasons:

If you are unable to use the vehicle normally due to our reasons, such as the vehicle being recalled or involving legal disputes, you also have the right to apply for a refund. The specific refund conditions and procedures need to be determined based on the actual situation.

3  Refund Process Details

3.1  Submit application
 
You need to submit a refund request through our official website, customer service channels, and email, and provide relevant supporting materials, including but not limited to vehicle inspection reports, transaction vouchers, identification documents, vehicle photos, etc. Please ensure that the materials provided are true and complete so that we can review them as soon as possible.
 
3.2  Audit confirmation
 
Our customer service team will conduct a review within 3-5 working days after receiving the application to confirm whether the refund conditions are met. During the review process, we may need to communicate with you to obtain more information or clarify any questions. If necessary, we may require you to provide additional proof materials or conduct a vehicle inspection.
 
3.3  Negotiate a solution
