Our factory has multiple branch factories and numerous vehicle workshops, such as trailer workshop, second-hand vehicle workshop, OEM (original equipment manufacturing) and ODM workshop, powder tanker workshop, liquid tanker workshop, stamping workshop, welding workshop, sanitation vehicle workshop, assembly workshop, etc. In order to let customers better understand our factory, we will introduce it to you from four aspects: trailer workshop, second-hand vehicle workshop, OEM (original equipment manufacturing) and ODM workshop, and research and development.

 

 

The trailer workshop owned by our branch is one of the earliest batch of special vehicle designated production workshops certified in China. At present, it can produce various series of special vehicles such as ordinary semi-trailers, low-bed semi-trailers, dump semi-trailers, container transport semi-trailers, liquid pipe semi-trailers, powder tanker semi-trailers, etc. Other special vehicle workshops can also produce truck cranes, tow trucks, washing and sweeping trucks, road sweepers, multi-functional dust suppression trucks, garbage trucks, sewage suction trucks, feces suction trucks, sprinklers, compressed garbage trucks and other series of sanitation vehicles. The workshop has more than 1,200 sets of various production and testing equipment, including advanced laser gas cutting machines, robot welding workstations, automatic welding machines for box panels, large CNC bending machines and panel machines, cathode electrophoretic coating lines, ABS testers, etc.

 

1) Determination of customer needs and application paths

We receive customers from all over the world with integrity, and use our professional technology to assist customers in analyzing their vehicle needs, providing customers with professional consultation and recommendations, and vehicle design.

2) Signing contracts and payments According to the customer's market, provide more reasonable vehicle quotations, sign sales contracts with customers, and attach important terms in the delivery process such as various parameters of the customer's vehicle design, delivery methods, and vehicle transportation.

3) Design and production stage

The vehicle workshop produces and manufactures 100% according to the vehicle design parameters in the project contract. Strictly follow the vehicle production standards, purchase relevant raw materials, stamping, welding, assembly and commissioning, quality inspection, etc.

4) Vehicle assembly and testing

According to the contract requirements, the vehicle will assemble the stamped and welded parts, install various equipment and accessories, perform functional testing and debugging, ensure that the functions of the trailer are normal, and maintain the best operating condition.

5) Vehicle packaging and transportation

According to the packaging and transportation stipulated in the contract, the qualified trailers will be packaged to ensure safety during transportation. Customers can choose different modes of transportation such as ordinary land transportation and shipping. And assist customers in handling procedures such as license plate registration and insurance.

6.) After-sales service and return visit

After the vehicle is delivered, we will return the customer on the 3rd, 30th and 300th day to ensure customer satisfaction. And provide customers with free technical consulting services for necessary maintenance and repairs.

We have multiple brands and models of vehicles with advanced production technology and the best testing equipment, which can make the vehicles present a reliable, stable and modern structure. We are committed to the repair and maintenance of vehicles, which involves several key steps

 

 

1)  Original accessories: According to different vehicle brands, use brand original truck accessories to ensure compatibility and optimal performance. We have established cooperative relationships with factories such as China National Heavy Duty Truck, Shaanxi Automobile, and FAW, and can obtain priority supply of original accessories.

 

2)  Well-trained staff: We have skilled technicians and mechanics who are proficient in the repair and maintenance of various brands of vehicles. We have hundreds of such high-tech and mechanics.

 

3) Advanced equipment: Our workshop is equipped with the necessary tools required for the repair and modification of various brands of vehicles, vehicle-specific disassembly tools, lifts, chassis and suspension working condition test benches and diagnostic tools for various brands of vehicles, computer diagnostic instruments and special software to accurately identify and troubleshoot faults. Ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of detection and vehicle maintenance.

 

4) Standardized service procedures: We strictly follow the manufacturer's repair and maintenance guidelines, which include regular inspections, oil changes, brake checks, engine tune-ups, and other necessary tasks.

 

5) Complete records: Keep detailed records of each truck's service history, repairs, and maintenance schedules. This helps track and plan future services. It is convenient for customers to check the vehicle status in a timely manner.
